In my estimation this new rule proposal will accentuate the
talents of CW people on all bands.  They will be looked on
with an era of "AWE" by the younger generations.  Soon they
will be saying to themselves "Gee I wish I could read what they
are talking about".  So eventually will it not only be considered
an oddity, instead it will be considered an ART FORM which the
MASTERS locate in.  Sorta like Van Gough, and the other greats.
