As soon as I post this message, I'll allow a message to be sent to the 
reflector. It was held for a number of reasons but the content is of 
interest so I'm letting it through.  The garbled portion is the way the 
attachment was received.  I can't change message content, only accept or 
reject the message as received.

Please contact the individual(s) listed in the message directly for a copy 
of the attachment.

We do not allow attachments on the reflector as a virus prevention measure.
