[QCWA] Correction regarding 2005 ARRL OPERATING MANUAL

There is a rumour floating around that ARRL has removed most of the section
on CW from the Operating Manual. Other have told me that the CW portion was
"slimmed down" many, many years ago. I wrote to ARRL and got this answer
from Steve Ford, WB8IMY, ARRL Publications Mgr

"The Operating Manual does not have a chapter devoted strictly to Morse, but
that has been true for years. It also does not have a chapter devoted to
SSB. However, pages 1-13 through 1-18 discuss CW operating procedures.
Chapter 7 (Traffic Handling) discusses CW net procedures at length."
