[QCWA] 2005 ARRL OPERATING MANUAL

Well Joe,

      It would seem to me that we know what the ARRL thinks re: CW,
and although I am a die-hard CW op - since 1955 - and really look
for to the CW Contests, I wonder how the ARRL would like it if 
'They gave a WW CW Contest - and NOBODY came"!!  Maybe it
would open their eyes?  [And I do belong to the ARRL - but 
primarily for the QSL Bureau].  
Take care and stay warm - 21F and just plowed about 7" the other
day - and looks like more on it's way up he to the ridges.
