[QCWA] Computer logging

Joe....for lack of any other logging program that is exactly what I have 
done for the last few QSO parties...I made up the columns using MS Word..
The difference however with a regular logging program is that dupes would be 
identified immediately, chapters/states would be itemized and multipliers 
likewise.
