[QCWA] Re: QSO Party Logging Program

I tried to get a logging program for us years ago.....I was unable to get 
any kind of approval from QCWA to proceed.  I still have the emails on that 
subject.

Any one of the "free" logging programs would be more than glad to add our 
QSO party to their list;  most already have the state QSO parties on line.

All it takes is for QCWA to tap someone on the shoulder and say "go ahead"
