[QCWA] XERF Etc

Can someone explain to me how I am picking up  "Univision" on
TV CHNL 48.  I dont have cable nor satelite tv, just double bow
tie sold by radio shack.  I think UNIVISION is either in Mexico
or L.A. not sure which but its all in Spanish.   Their signal is
kinda lousey on the video but sound is l/c and I enjoy renewing
Spanish which I picked up a bunch of it during WW2.
They use to have a perfect signal couple years ago when they
were coming in here in Honolulu on CHNL 60.  Now they moved to
48 and its just so so.
