[QCWA] Technical Question

Hi Wally,

We have had a very active fellow Amateur here in the Ottawa ON region who
is a member of the Pioneer Amateur Radio Club.  His name is Joe Walcott -
VE3PDS.  So there appear to be a few other Walcotts out there as well!!
