[QCWA] QCWA 2004 Convention & 4 Letter Suffix

Hi George and Ken,

Well - I guess I should bring the numbers up by at least one more. A four 
letter call sign suffix was used during the IARU-R2 Conference in Niagara 
Falls, ON in 1995. This special event station was CY3IARU for which I have 
a QSL card.
