November 13, 2004: Ed Kennedy, K3NS, speaks on HAARP; election of officers
for 2005

The luncheon meeting at Neighbors Restaurant began with election of officers
for next year. All incumbents were re-elected by acclamation...  VP and
Program Chairman Len Hook, KG6ZR, then introduced our speaker, Ed Kennedy,
K3NS...

The mission of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is
to study the effects of the ionosphere on radio wave propagation and systems
that depend upon them...

What follows is an attempt to summarize just a part of what Ed laid before
us in an unusually interesting presentation...
