I failed to notice the statement in the Application Form 
while filling it in.
No wonder I haven't received the Journal !!

I appreciate it if the electronic version of the Journal becomes available
in the least costly and least laborious way , but
I have no problem with the current system regarding the Journal
as long as I can receive important notices or information for members
on the Web or by Email.
