[Qcwa] Election ballots!

Hi All,

I want to urge everyone that gets a ballot to vote and mail it!  One 
caution, Chapter 180, the tellers for this election is having to "buy" some 
of the ballots from the US PS.  It requires FIRST CLASS postage, in other 
words, put a 37 cent stamp on it please!!

The ballots will be accepted until the Bolivar, Missouri Post Office stops 
placing mail in the box on July 15.
