Hi Nao,

I believe that most International members do not get the Journal.  There is 
an additional expense involved in mailing the Journal to DX members.  The 
only application that I have found has an effective date of 10/93 and has 
this statement at the bottom:  "Please Note that International Membership 
does not include publications.  They may be purchased as a separate 
item."  I don't know what the cost of the Journal will be if it is mailed 
to you in Japan, but I will forward this message to our General Manager at 
the new Headquarters and see if he can help both of us with this cost.
