[Qcwa] Fw: Your message to QCWA awaits moderator approval

I have not figured it all out yet but two things that would
help is to only post from the address used to subscribe to
the list and to post in plain text only, no html. That would
take care of most of the messages that I have to approve.

I approve all messages that are not spam. I do not censor
anyone.
