[Qcwa] Getting a message through

Sorry guys.  I sent on one message from one of my other e-mail addresses and it got stopped.  Then I sent one from the address I subscribed with and it also got stopped because of a "suspicious" header.  Not sure what that means.  Anyway, this one will hopefully get through.  I apologize.  

If this one gets through, can anyone tell me if there is a way to join qcwa on-line?  I can't find anything except filling out the form and mailing it in.  Also, is there a Chapter in Colorado Springs?
