[Qcwa] Joining QCWA

Can somebody give me the web site address to join QCWA and also tell me if there is a Chapter in Colorado Springs?  If there isn't a local chapter, can I just join the QCWA in general and try to find a chapter nearby after that.  I went to the QCWA Home Page and see an application in .pdf format, but can I just join on-line and not have to mail in an application?
