Jeff, I worked for a locally owned radiotelephone company called =
Radiofone in New Orleans, LA from 1975 till they were sold to SBC and =
then subsequently to Alltel in 2000. Yes I even repaired the 2805 =
dialers and then there was IMTS that had a idle tone to mark the open =
channel. All this was the forerunner of cellular. Them were the good ol' =

Heh, that's right, the telephone dial, that pulsed a 2805 Hz tone to=20
dial the radio
telephones with.
I found one in a box of stuff I was sorting out.
