[Qcwa] Executive group meeting

Hi all,

It has been suggested that we have a operating committee meeting so if the
majority can make it why not on the 19th, a week from this Friday, meet at
Quinn's at 11:30 for lunch and whatever you want to discuss.  Please let me
know is you can make it.
