It's been pretty quiet since my comment about how to make a dreaded 
prostate exam
a little more entertaining. With the exception of one "unsubscribe" 
request. So, that
being the case, I thought I'd throw out something entirely different.

Joe among others have commented on the Army WAR operators, and various other
aspects of communications during WWII. I recently acquired several 
copies of
Radio News dating between 1941 and 1950. There are several articles 
dealing with
war time communications

I'll scan a few of the articles and post a link here later so you can
