attends

"Frank Donovan, W3LPL, was our host for his annual Open House at his
residence in Glenwood, MD. In addition to members of QCWA Vic Clark Chapter
91, members of the Potomac Valley Radio Club (PVRC) and the National Capitol
DX Association (NCDXA) were in attendance. The turnout was approximately 100
local ham radio operators..."
