Hi Jerry,
Proof of being licensed can be a log entry, qsl card or the license itself. QCWA
HQ has a copy of every Call Book and will use your original call to verify the
first year licensed.
National Dues are $20 per year, $35 for two years or $50 for three years. A
life membership is also available for $300. There is a one time fee of $3.
It's layed out on the application.
I'm mailing you an application. Just fill it out and send it in.
