It gives me pleasure to inform you that the voting members of the Board have
given unanimous approval to your filling the Director's position to be vacated
by Director Pickering when he assumes the Association's Secretary Position on 1
Jan 04. This appointment will terminate on 1 Sep 04,  the date of the
inauguration of the new Board of Directors, of which you are a candidate for the
Vice President position.

I am also pleased of your willingness to continue as our Web Master for the
foreseeable future.
