I send a lot of email addresses on the cw traffic nets, and I really
think it's a whole lot easier to send the letters "at" (didah dah) in cw
than to try to remember the new character (didahdahdidahdit)  at 25-35
wpm.  Whoever dreamed that one up sure couldn't have been a cw op.  Hi.
I agree.... there should have been something for an exclamation point.
It can be done in cw but but must be spelled out.  :-(

Very sorry to learn of Leland's passing.  He seemed like an old friend
to me. I hardly knew him, but will certainly miss him.
