Well Bill as a matter of fact, ASCII is the most universal
form of txt and the Commodore suports that.  Any Word processor
every designed for any platform offers the ASCII option for TXT
files.  So there is no problem there.   All your .pdf and other
forms of WORD text files like big 5 etc are a nuisance.
