Depends on exactly what you want to do.  http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/
is the link to ULS if you need an FRN.  There you can sign up for an FRN
(Federal Registration Number, I think) if you need one.   That's the
first step.   If you've already got an FRN, then there are buttons to
take you anywhere else (renew or whatever) in the ULS.

Does anyone here remember the URL for the ULS (I think thats
what they called it.   Its for renewing your ham ticket via
internet.    I had someone register for me and gave them a
Password for it also.  I gotta while yet but my license expires
in 2006 so I better bookmark the URL for it.
