Not really true Bill.

What *can* be done is to pick a format that is compatible with a larger
percentage of the players/codecs out there. Many people gfet frustrated
because the encoders feel the need to always use the "latest and greatest"
encoding format which is only marginally better in performance.

Given that I don't know what level of player Harvey has. It may be something
very old, or he might not be on the "bleading edge of technology." Either
was it's just not accurate to say that nothing can be done, it' sa choice.
