August 20, 2003: Chapter 91 holds its Annual Picnic despite Hurricane Isabel

"Hurricane Isabel showed up in the Washington DC area last Thursday
afternoon and left a trail of broken trees, power lines down, and other woes
in her wake.  In spite of that, John & Betty Johnston, W3BE and W3PKX,
opened their home for our annual picnic on Saturday..."

The photos accompanying this story show what Isabel managed to do to some of
our member's antenna installations (WQ4L, K5RJ, W3HXF).
