[Qcwa] QSO Party

Absolutely concur with Norm's comments. Here in W6 land it was nearly
impossible. I only tried the CW portions of the 20 and 40 meter bands, but
the QRM from nearby California QSO party made it no fun at all. I think I
finally made about 7 contacts. Horrible!
I know it has to be difficult to find a better weekend, but I know several
in our chapter 130 would certainly like to avoid the CA QSO bunch.
