[Qcwa] QCWA Events List

Not sure if I have the correct person, But can you Please help. I am bill, KA3IXF, I have written to the FCC and QCWA Hq, with no response, I want to join QCWA but, I am unsure if I was licensed 25 years ago. I think I was first licensed in 1978 or 1979. Everbody has advice, but no one can answer my question, If I just join QCWA, how would they verify that Ive been licensed 25 years.
