[Qcwa] Fall QCWA Journal

Read with interest the note herein that some 
information would be included in the Winter Journal, which goes to print 
soon.  Very nice, since I have yet to receive my Fall issue, perhaps by 
spring I'll miss three issues, including the Winter one.

 

At times like these, my unnatural feeling of 
paranoia kicks in.  Am I nuts or does the person who mails the QCWA Journal 
really have it in for me?   Time will tell.
