[Qcwa] QCWA Chapter 91 programs for May and June

Hello Chapter Members.

Here is an update on the next two chapter programs:

MAY PROGRAM.

We will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Neighbors restaurant on Saturday, May 24th
(PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE).  This is the fourth Saturday.

Our speaker will be Bill Cross W3TN of the FCC Wireless Telecommunication
Bureau.  Bill will bring us up to date on the happenings at the FCC as they
affect Amateur Radio.  In the past, Bill has given us a rerun on his Dayton
talk but because of some scheduling problems, he will not be speaking at
Dayton this year.  Bill's comments will be of much interest to all chapter
members. You might say he will be presenting a virgin program. Let's have a
good turn out and do not forget to bring something for the auction.


JUNE MEETING.

Saturday 21 June. Starting time 12 noon in Glenwood, MD.

Chapter 91 has been invited to join the PVRC/NCDXA meeting at the Frank
Donovan, W3LPL, QTH.  This a yearly get together for these two
organizations. Frank has one of the largest contest stations on the east
coast.  Check QST and you will see his station is always one of the top
stations when it comes to winning contests.  Food will be available for
purchase and drinks will be provided by the chapter.  Directions and more
details will be provided next month.
