[Qcwa] Contest boycotts?

       You are most generous with your praise. "Superb" is something I don't 
know how to apply to what I do. The only thing I can say in response to all 
you have said is, "I've been there, done that" myself. I've gotten mad and 
pushed people away. I've blown up. I've had adult tantrums. I've pouted. I've 
gone off in a corner and tried to figure out how to get back at someone. And 
finally I found that a good way is to find a group of friends (like this QCWA 
reflector affords) to help me, and be honest with me, and they've done it. 

       My first attempts to raise questions on this reflector were so "off 
the wall" that the responses I roused became a raging wildfire. I was ready 
to chuck QCWA and just give up. Then I found the responses I got were simply 
due to the ways I had asked. The responses I got were the responses I had 
provoked. So I decided to try to learn some new ways of doing things. And 
I've grown a little -- even at my age of 72. "It ain't over 'til it's over."

Like Red Green says, "Just remember. We're all in this together."
