[Qcwa] New QSO Party logging form available

Hi Walt, et all ...

The lower left block in the header is blank on my original.

There is a date column to the left of the time column
press the left arrow to see it.  Why it doesn't display
left justified, I don't know, maybe an MS-word expert
can explain it.
