Jim,

Read the message.  I did not resign.  I asked the board to
consider a privacy policy and indicated that I would resign
if the policy was not adopted.  I made those statements in
a public message to the reflector and in a private message
to Croft.

When I resign, I will let you know!

Since you chose to send a private (in my opinion) message
to me via the reflector, I will answer in the same manner.
