I am not trying to start a riot. But it seems as plain to me as my nose on my 
face when I look in the mirror. The motion is not listed as a separate item, 
but bunched with several other matters.

If you have your Journal, please read it carefully to verify for yourself. I 
am convinced from my reading that it is a done deal. That is the way the 
summary report reads. It is in the only report they have given to us.
