I doubt whether anyone even imagined the BoD was considering such a 
rotten act. If that's the way the QCWA operates, i.e., "If the members 
don't specifically forbid it in advance, we can do anything." It's sure 
not an organization I want to have anything to do with.

BTW, are you always so snide and insulting, or do you just save it for 
special occasions?
