Guys, it is true.

It is in the "Summary Report of the Board Actions, October 24, 2002 Board of 
Director's Meeting, Kissimmee, Florida," as reported in the Summer, 2003 QCWA 
Journal, page 4. Nothing like being behind time in reporting to us by seven 
and a half months! From my take on their actions, as they say in Southeast 
Oklahoma, "That's a gone pecan."

My Journal just arrived in the mail about 1:00 CDT today, and from curiosity 
I wanted to see if there is anything other than, "Hey, do you remember what 
happend 40 years ago? Let me tell you about it." Read it an weep. 

I would scan a copy for you and attach it, but that would not be allowed on 
this reflector.
