Ralph Cox,
No I dont think signing up for the QCWA reflector makes you a member
of the QCWA.   You must have 25 Years Minimum as a licensed Ham, then
file an application for membership.   Maybe someone on here can give
you further info as to how to join up (address etc).   We sure hope
you can join us as we can use all the members we can get.  As you
know we have members from other countries also in QCWA.
