[Qcwa] Fw: [CW] Draft position paper on the Morse code requirement

Andrew, ZS1AN, is submitting his paper, which is now finished, to the
Council of the South African Radio League.
No where in his original message or mine was anything said or implied
that it was being submitted anywhere in the name of QCWA.
I forwarded the link to his paper because it's one of the most concise,
best written and most logical reasoning for keeping the morse
requirement I've ever seen.
