I found this paper to be a well-balanced presentation of a clear 
position why Morse Code proficiency should be retained in Amateur Radio 
Licensing.  I found it to be refreshingly dispassionate, while making a 
relatively unassailable point about the hobby becoming a dinosaur 
through overcrowding.
