[Qcwa] Quit Clogging of the System

Enough is Enough Already.  
   Quit clogging up the server with the junk email about the code. Use it if 
you want, don't use if you want. No big deal either way as I see it. Maybe if 
we get rid of the code, more young folks will join our ranks. Remember the 
young hams of today are tomorrow's QCWA members, providing ham radio survives the 
next ten years or so.
I'm betting it will, but only if we are willing to change with the times. 
There is a place for code as well as SSB, Digital. Let us look toward the future 
instead of living in the past.
