Nobody is saying that the Morse code will be outlawed! Since it is being eliminated as an international requirement for HF amateur privileges, some, of course will be clamoring for its elimination as a testing requirement for a US ticket. And many believe ARRL is in a mood to go along with this. I, for one, am against its elimination -- egad! isn't 5 WPM slow enough? Harvey/W4TG
