I got your plain text msg okay. However note that apparently
you used an attched html file or something in the process also as
noted below. Those attached text files are what is not permitted.
That holds true for most any type of mailing list including QCWA.
By prohibiting such attached files, the "universality" of format
is guaranteed so that the msg content will be readable on any
operating system such as LINUX, UNIX, DEC, Apple, and even
old Commodore128's such as mine.
