February meeting cancelled

NOTE THIS NEW CHAPTER POLICY:  Quoting from the article:  "When the forecast
is ominous, we'll meet on the 146.79 (alternate 146.91) repeater at 9:00
a.m. local on the day of the meeting to make a go/go-no decision. That
decision will go out immediately by email. Any member without email will be
notified by telephone."

the City of Fairfax, VA.
