I think I have solved the problem of your missing journals!!!
NATIONAL HAS YOUR ADDRESS WRONG!!!
It looks like a TYPO: They have 6094 Stony Creek Dr.
Chapter 63, QRZ and BUCKMASTER has it as: 6904 Stony Creek Dr.
If you check that address you might find your Journals.
