I only wish I could get a waver for my time as a HAM.. I'm 76 now and don't
think I'll be around 12 years from now..Since our QCWA local group asked me
to be the nitification for meetings Secretary, now think after the bad news
that I cannot be granted a waver on time, I'm going to quit QCWA meetings
with regret..George, NR6I..

Bill,

Gene is NOT in any position of authority in QCWA or is he ever likely to be.
Please don't judge our organization by the ranting of one individual.

I've suggested to the reflector administrator that he be removed from the
reflector. His response is totally inappropriate and not what I want to
represent QCWA.

I hope you reconsider your membership in QCWA.

Well again, sir, I was not claiming anything, it was my understanding that I
was
checking clubs that I was interested in. I personally find YOUR response
offensive. If you are a club officer or a member of a membership commitee, I
personaly feel as though I would not want to belong to this group and I
would
encourage my freinds to do the same. You seem to feel as though you have the
final say in this matter, so I can only assume you are a QCWA Official.
Thanks for your time, and I will no longer persue membership in YOUR
organization.
