[Qcwa] RTTY and BPL

The RTTY stories brought back memories when I used this mode back in the
early '70s. I still have a 5 level "brag tape" but no tape transmitter to
play it. It would be interesting to read what I bragged about back then!

On another front - here is a url for those with time to download a video
regarding interference from BPL systems. The video was made by Ed Hare,

Maybe QCWA National can come together on a united front and send a letter
to the FCC and IC (Canada) opposing the use of this technology in the
Americas.
