Good Day Gary:   I finally got a package off to you this morning and you
should get it as a UPS delivery to your address tomorrow whenever the UPS
guy delivers, but definitely before 5 PM.  It contains one stand-up
laminated ad and several registration forms, 20 I think.  Also 10 lapel
pins.  My plan is to put one of the pins centered on the bottom of the
stand-up thing, but I didn't get that done on the one I sent to you.  I plan
to put double-sided poster tape beneath the pin to discourage someone from
lifting it from the display.  Feel free to put one of the pins centered on
the bottom of the poster.  I will do that with the other poster which we
will show to the Dallas Chapter this Saturday.  If you see an opportunity to
get a good speaker or two for forums or a great banquet speaker, please
extend an invitation.  I still thank you for getting LB.  Do everything you
can that makes sense as you've been there and I'm still learning.  Thanks

        I wanted to warn everyone that there are only 12 tickets left (as of
4/27) for the Riley Hollingsworth (FCC counsel) banquet at the Lebanon, MO
ARRL
Midwest Convention.  The banquet will be on Friday night May 2, 2003.  The
hamfest is May 3, 2003 and ARRL President Jim Haynie will be there.

        I will be operating a QCWA table during the hamfest.  If you are in
the
area, come on out and see what's happening!  The hamfest info can be found

        Lebanon, Missouri is located on Interstate 44 at exit 129, about 50
miles from Springfield, MO.  Please let me know if you are going to be
