[Qcwa] New additions to the web site.

Hello everybody,

I'm in the process of adding a web ring to the QCWA site.  The html code
is installed and we're just waiting for the Ring Master to add us to the
data base,  hopefully soon.

A guest book has also been added.  I'm looking forward to getting
comments from many hams.
I hope these additions lead to some new members.

I just checked the counter, 5600+ hits since November 1st, 2002.  Thats
well over 30 a day.
The counter software is set up to NOT COUNT multiple refreshes from the
same address.
Some counters will increment every time the refresh button is pushed or
if you go to a sub page then back to the main page.
