The Post Office address of a person does not necessarily mean the person
resides within the limits of that town. For example, my town of Gray,
GA, is listed as having a population of only 25k but there are 30 hams
listed in QRZ as having Gray, GA, addresses. These, for the most part do
not live within the city limits of Gray (neither do I). They receive
their mail delivery through the Gray Post Office. They reside in the
part of Jones County served by that PO.
